Research Associate

* Drive research and implementation initiatives across education-related projects, including foundational learning assessments, Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), and socio-emotional learning programs. * Architect research designs, field plans, and data collection frameworks to inform project activities and proposals. * Conduct in-depth literature reviews, policy analyses, and background research to support project development and implementation. * Develop and refine research tools, data analysis frameworks, and analytical outputs to ensure high-quality insights and recommendations. * Analyze complex data sets, identify key trends and insights, and prepare compelling reports, presentations, and knowledge products. * Lead and coordinate field research activities, including enumerator supervision, logistics planning, and field team management. * Implement project activities in the field, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and quality standards. * Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and knowledge sharing. * Provide technical and operational support to project teams, including task leadership, team coordination, and internal communication. * Manage project-related administrative tasks, including procurement, documentation, and reporting, to ensure efficient project operations. * Develop and maintain project records, trackers, and reporting documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. * Drive cross-functional collaboration and support to advance organizational goals and project objectives.
