• Spearhead washing process optimization, tailoring techniques like silicon wash and tumble drying to achieve exceptional softness and appearance in sweaters. • Drive quality control initiatives, scrutinizing washed sweaters for defects like shrinkage, color inconsistencies, and pilling, and resolving issues promptly. • Architect wash recipes and parameters, defining chemical, water, and temperature inputs to meet stringent quality standards. • Lead production launches, collaborating with buying houses to secure approvals and pilot runs that set the benchmark for production excellence. • Oversee finishing operations, ensuring meticulous steam and pressing procedures, while maintaining equipment and upholding rigorous safety protocols. • Compile and analyze technical reports, providing daily insights into production volumes, quality metrics, and material utilization. • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, fostering a skilled and adequate workforce to drive operational efficiency.
