Transport Officer

* Spearhead logistics operations to ensure timely production delivery, leveraging transportation facilities and strategic partnerships. * Architect and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), 3PL, and 4PL frameworks to drive efficiency and excellence. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including delivery and marketing, to align objectives and enhance overall performance. * Manage vehicle documentation, ensuring compliance and up-to-date records, while also overseeing transport maintenance to minimize costs. * Lead transportation personnel, developing effective communication channels with clients to provide seamless delivery support and resolve issues promptly. * Drive business growth by establishing new 3PL and 4PL partnerships, nurturing relationships, and streamlining support services. * Optimize fuel consumption, maximizing utility and reducing waste, while also developing efficient delivery plans to meet business objectives. * Uphold company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), meticulously monitoring records and maintaining accurate documentation. * Develop and submit regular performance reports (monthly and fortnightly) to management, providing actionable insights and recommendations. * Ensure timely and reliable delivery to dealers, distributors, and retailers, meeting customer expectations and driving business success.
