Asst. Engineer / Engineer (Model, Design Development and Mold)- Sanitary Ware

* Spearhead daily mold production and line installation, ensuring seamless execution in line with planning objectives. * Drive the creation of accurate and timely reports on mold production, line installation, raw materials stock, consumption, and loss. * Investigate mold defects, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures to optimize production efficiency. * Champion quality control by inspecting incoming raw materials and verifying their compliance with Lab Test Report standards. * Oversee critical control points in material mixing, ensuring adherence to strict quality and safety protocols. * Develop and maintain comprehensive daily records, while designing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
