Structural Engineer

• Spearhead structural analysis and design for diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments, using RCC and steel structures. • Develop and scrutinize detailed structural drawings, calculations, and bills of quantities to ensure precision and accuracy. • Drive compliance with global standards, including BNBC, ACI, AISC, and ASTM, to guarantee safety and quality. • Lead site visits, inspections, and technical evaluations to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement. • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including architects, MEP engineers, and project managers, to resolve complex design and construction challenges. • Create comprehensive technical reports, design documentation, and project proposals that drive informed decision-making. • Mentor junior engineers and drafting teams, providing expert technical guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge. • Facilitate open communication with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals and expectations are met. • Optimize material specifications and structural components to achieve quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
