Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead inbound call management, ensuring timely and efficient handling of high-volume calls * Deliver exceptional customer experiences, providing personalized support and resolving inquiries via phone * Drive issue resolution, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner * Architect seamless customer interactions, utilizing scripted communications to navigate diverse topics and scenarios * Lead customers through the sales process, providing product and service information to meet their needs * Process and manage orders, forms, and applications with accuracy and precision * Identify and escalate high-priority issues, ensuring prompt attention and resolution * Foster long-term customer relationships, following up on calls as needed to ensure satisfaction and loyalty * Maintain meticulous records, documenting all call information in accordance with standard operating procedures
