Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and support students, parents, and visitors with exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience.
• Direct inquiries and communications to relevant departments, leveraging strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
• Deliver accurate and timely information on academic programs, schedules, and admissions processes, fostering informed decision-making.
• Curate a well-organized and inviting reception area, reflecting the institution's values and promoting a sense of community.
• Oversee appointment scheduling and visitor management, ensuring seamless interactions and minimizing delays.
• Provide administrative support and guidance to students, addressing their needs and concerns in a responsive and empathetic manner.
• Drive data management and record-keeping efforts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information to inform institutional decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth daily operations, promoting a culture of cooperation and mutual respect.
• Empower students to achieve their career goals by assisting with CV writing and job search preparation, as needed.
• Manage social media engagement, responding to Facebook messages and other online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication, keeping them informed about important updates and institutional news.
Requirements
Education
- HSC
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
