* Architect and implement comprehensive CCTV surveillance systems and IT infrastructure solutions, driving seamless operations and maximizing uptime. * Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, and PoE switches, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. * Drive proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of CCTV systems, swiftly resolving connectivity, storage, and power issues to minimize downtime. * Manage and maintain accurate records of camera locations, IP addresses, and system updates, ensuring easy access and informed decision-making. * Deliver expert IT support for PCs, printers, and software installations, providing timely resolutions to technical issues and enhancing user productivity. * Oversee the maintenance of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches, guaranteeing stable and reliable connectivity across the network. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network-related problems, applying technical expertise to restore system functionality. * Manage IT inventory, coordinating system upgrades, new installations, and asset management to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
