* Spearhead the delivery of IELTS and Cambridge English courses, including Starters, Movers, Flyers, KET, PET, and FCE, to foster linguistic excellence. * Architect innovative teaching and testing materials to drive English language learning and assessment. * Equip learners with the skills and confidence to excel in international English proficiency exams, such as IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, Aptis, Duolingo, and Cambridge English exams. * Drive student progress in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, empowering them to achieve English language proficiency. * Inspire learners to adopt autonomous and lifelong learning habits, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. * Design and coordinate engaging English language competitions and academic programs that put learners at the forefront. * Mentor and train newly recruited teachers, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance instructional quality. * Engage with the academic community by participating in seminars and parent-guardian engagement sessions, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
