Quantity Surveyor / Bill Engineer (Roads, Bridges and Buildings)

* Spearhead IPC preparation, estimation, and reconciliation, ensuring seamless bill and BOQ processing. * Drive budget estimation and planning, adhering to company rules and regulations, and leveraging experience in construction projects and knowledge of shuttering. * Architect billing procedures for clients and contractors, including extra items and non-BOQ items, to ensure transparent and efficient transactions. * Analyze rates and abstracts to reconcile material bills, utilizing expertise in DSR and invoice reconciliation techniques. * Develop quantity sheets from onsite data and drawings, and create bills of quantities and itemized bills from tender documents. * Manage subcontractor bills, ensuring timely processing and payment. * Collaborate with site engineers to take measurements and review quantities, ensuring accuracy and precision. * Oversee and certify bills and invoices from vendors and contractors, guaranteeing compliance and legitimacy. * Leverage experience working with government engineering agencies to inform estimation and planning for structural buildings, roads, and bridges. * Utilize planning and combination skills to drive project success, and apply expertise in construction management software, including AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, and MS Excel. * Communicate effectively in both English and Bangla, both written and orally, to ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
