Merchandiser / Assistant Merchandiser

• Spearhead buyer interactions, driving seamless communication on order specifics, sample development, and approval processes • Champion order progress, tracking development milestones from conception to shipment • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, washing, and quality control, to ensure cohesive operations • Develop and manage critical documents, such as order sheets, T&A plans, and reports, to inform data-driven decisions • Oversee sample development, ensuring timely delivery of fit, PP, and shipment samples that meet buyer expectations • Drive quality assurance, guaranteeing products meet buyer requirements and adhere to rigorous standards • Proactively manage raw materials and accessories, mitigating potential delays and ensuring supply chain efficiency • Contribute to costing and price negotiation strategies, driving business growth and profitability • Maintain meticulous records and correspondence with buyers, ensuring transparency and accountability • Provide operational support to senior merchandisers and managers, facilitating the smooth execution of daily tasks and objectives
