Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager - ICT

* Spearhead technical support for a range of IT systems, including attendance devices, access control, IP phones, and printing infrastructure. * Architect and monitor CCTV systems, ensuring seamless functionality and generating regular backup reports. * Drive the maintenance and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN network infrastructure, optimizing performance and reliability. * Configure and troubleshoot networking devices, including switches, routers, and MikroTik devices, to ensure efficient network operations. * Design, install, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems, ensuring compatibility and integration. * Manage email accounts, user data, and backups, prioritizing data security, integrity, and compliance. * Develop and enforce data security protocols, performing regular backups and ensuring business continuity. * Implement structured cabling solutions for new users and provide support for online UPS and power backup systems. * Liaise with Internet Service Providers to resolve external network issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring prompt resolution. * Oversee IT inventory management, tracking software licenses, and ensuring compliance across the organization. * Ensure the smooth operation of internet, email, and office IT services, providing a stable and productive work environment. * Educate users on new systems, applications, and IT policies, promoting digital literacy and adoption. * Collaborate with the Group IT team to plan and execute infrastructure and system upgrades, driving innovation and improvement. * Analyze IT performance, preparing and presenting insightful reports to management, and informing strategic decision-making. * Undertake additional IT-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Head, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
