Key Responsibilities

* Drive the implementation of Career Guidance Cell (CGC) activities, fostering a supportive environment for students to access higher education and vocational training. * Lead the development of strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and institutions to facilitate access to higher education for Friendship school graduates. * Architect pathways for graduates to secure high-value vocational and skill development training, ensuring decent job employment and career growth. * Identify and nurture potential students for higher studies and skill development training, creating opportunities for their advancement. * Facilitate counseling sessions to motivate students and support their transition to employment, training, or higher education. * Build and maintain relationships with potential employers, educational institutions, and training centers to secure job placements and collaborations. * Design and deliver leadership development training programs for Friendship school students, empowering them to reach their full potential. * Manage a database of graduates and maintain close communication to track their career progress and provide support. * Conduct regular follow-ups with graduates to monitor their post-employment status and update the Job Portal, generating reports to inform future strategies. * Establish and maintain a network of governmental and non-governmental employers, associations, and organizations to drive job placement and career advancement opportunities. * Analyze the career paths of graduates, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted support strategies. * Develop and implement need analysis and career planning initiatives to support graduates in achieving their career goals. * Identify and secure scholarship and sponsorship opportunities for Friendship graduates, both locally and internationally. * Create and execute yearly and monthly work plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities. * Engage with stakeholders, including guardians, community leaders, and local officials, to promote the interests of Friendship graduates and the organization. * Design and deliver training modules and orientation sessions to support the development of students and graduates. * Ensure timely reporting and updates to relevant stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and documentation. * Collaborate with the management team to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
