Key Responsibilities
• Champion employee well-being by resolving welfare concerns and providing personalized support to drive a positive work environment.
• Empower employees to overcome personal and professional challenges through expert guidance and counseling.
• Architect and implement maternity leave policies, ensuring seamless procedures and providing dedicated support to new parents.
• Drive attendance and engagement by counseling absentee workers and developing targeted strategies to minimize absenteeism.
• Foster a supportive workplace ecosystem by promoting awareness of available resources, including healthcare, counseling, and safety initiatives.
• Lead the development and implementation of workplace health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards, implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Cultivate a culture of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration, promoting a positive and productive work environment that values diversity and teamwork.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field.
Additional
- Strong knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law
- 1–3 years experience in employee welfare, HR, or factory environment.
- Strong communication and counseling skills.
- Ability to handle employee grievances sensitively
