* Drive production support by collaborating with the Production Merchandiser on all aspects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. * Foster strong relationships with buyers through regular communication, clarifying requirements, managing sample submissions, and securing approvals within tight deadlines. * Spearhead material management by maintaining close ties with the central store, tracking in-house production materials, and informing factory management through meticulous documentation. * Oversee accessory logistics, monitoring in-house status, and keeping factory management updated to prevent delays and shortages. * Partner with factory management to execute production plans, aligning with TNA tasks and ensuring efficient workflow. * Mitigate risks by addressing accessory shortages and delays, collaborating with central merchandising and factory management to resolve issues promptly. * Lead quality control by reviewing TNA, tracking sampling, booking sheets, lab dips, and quality approvals to guarantee high standards. * Ensure on-time shipment and exceptional quality, obtaining buyer approval and meeting customer expectations. * Manage stakeholder communications, reporting to superiors on interactions with buying houses and production units. * Monitor and drive shipment schedules, tracking progress daily to meet deadlines and deliver results. * Embrace adaptability, taking on additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by seniors to support team objectives and drive business success.
