Supervisor (Primary Education)

* Drive the implementation of the Primary Education Programme at the field level, ensuring seamless execution and support to schools and teachers. * Lead school visits to provide targeted support to teachers, supervise classroom activities, and ensure effective lesson delivery. * Architect teacher capacity building initiatives, including orientations, workshops, and training sessions, to enhance educator skills and knowledge. * Manage administrative and documentation tasks, including preparing activity plans, updating records, and maintaining timely reports. * Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including guardians, community leaders, and local government officials, to promote programme objectives and facilitate collaboration. * Conduct regular school supervision visits, student home visits, and class observations to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement. * Develop and implement strategies to ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment, including maintaining classroom and school premises. * Coordinate with programme staff to ensure smooth operation of co-curricular activities and support external visitors as needed. * Provide technical support to teachers, including materials distribution, record-keeping, and finance/accounting procedures. * Analyze student learning progress, identify trends, and inform programme improvements to drive student success. * Collaborate with the relevant department to maintain financial procedures and ensure compliance with organizational policies. * Utilize computer skills, including MS Excel and Word, to prepare reports, update records, and perform administrative tasks. * Represent the organization in a professional manner, upholding its values and commitment to safeguarding children, young people, and adults from harm, abuse, and exploitation.
