Key Responsibilities
• Drive customer engagement through meetings to discuss project modifications and collaborate with construction teams to implement changes.
• Architect comprehensive project plans, leveraging expertise in BOQ/MOQ for residential and commercial developments.
• Develop and manage costing models for optional and additional works, ensuring accurate financial planning for individual units and commercial spaces.
• Lead customer-centric initiatives, addressing and resolving landowner and flat owner requests to ensure project satisfaction and loyalty.
• Facilitate communication between clients and recovery teams to streamline installment and overdue payments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns to foster a positive company image and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, gather data, and assess work status, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Create and disseminate various reports, including project updates, meeting minutes, and comparative statements, to stakeholders and team members.
• Design and execute project handover ceremonies, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- B.Sc.(Civil) / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Additional
- Capability of full understanding of detailed Architectural & Structural design
- Support service provide to Handed over project (Post-Handover work)
- Prepare collecting & the service bill of Handed over project
