Key Responsibilities
* Drive the development of monthly work plans and progress reports to ensure seamless project execution.
* Lead school visits to provide strategic support to facilitators and students, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
* Coordinate and facilitate monthly School Management Committee (SMC) and Guardian meetings, promoting effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
* Manage the monitoring and supervision of FSEP school facilitators, offering constructive feedback and follow-up to enhance performance.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office documents, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
* Oversee the timely payment of FSEP school facilitators' salaries, ensuring efficient financial management.
* Collect and submit exam papers to relevant authorities, adhering to deadlines and maintaining academic integrity.
* Architect and monitor the boat plan, ensuring efficient school visits and logistics management.
* Support child enrollment, new site selection, and classroom establishment, driving project growth and expansion.
* Facilitate communication with government and NGO offices at district and Upazila levels, fostering partnerships and collaboration.
* Contribute to facilitator recruitment, training, and continuous professional development, enhancing team capacity and expertise.
* Validate bill vouchers in accordance with Friendship's Financial Policy, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Track progress on school building construction, repairs, and solar panel installation, ensuring timely completion and maintenance.
* Monitor CD class updates, submitting material demands and ensuring availability, to support project operations.
* Perform assigned tasks and provide support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
* Embbody a positive attitude towards learning and development, assessing staff progress and providing constructive feedback.
* Work independently and under pressure, maintaining a high level of productivity and professionalism.
* Travel to remote areas regularly, demonstrating willingness and ability to work in challenging environments.
