• Spearhead sewing operations, driving cutting-edge efficiency in cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing to ensure a streamlined workflow. • Architect and execute the sewing department's strategic roadmap, aligning annual plans, budgets, and goals with company-wide objectives. • Drive data-driven decision making, analyzing production trends and implementing targeted corrective actions to boost efficiency, productivity, and waste reduction. • Optimize production workflows by fine-tuning line balancing, machine allocation, and manpower utilization to achieve daily and weekly production targets. • Collaborate with the Industrial Engineering team to pioneer method improvements, layouts, and SMV validation, fueling continuous innovation. • Foster cross-functional partnerships with Merchandising and Planning teams, ensuring seamless capacity planning, order feasibility, and delivery commitments that meet business needs.
