Merchandiser (Knit & Woven)

* Drive the development of Knit and Woven products, staying ahead of the latest fashion trends and sourcing innovative yarns to create customer-specific collections. * Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers through effective communication, ensuring seamless day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals. * Architect and maintain a comprehensive library of woven and knit fabrics, trims, print embroideries, washes, and stitches, including technical data and price ideas. * Collaborate with the design team to deliver high-quality samples that meet customer requirements, managing timelines and quality standards. * Lead the planning and execution of daily tasks, setting priorities, tracking progress, and monitoring details to achieve goals. * Manage production and sample follow-up with factories, ensuring compliance with related procedures and quality standards. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, communicating effectively on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals. * Prepare and deliver QA files to buyers and ZXY QA teams, ensuring timely handovers and compliance with quality standards. * Source and procure trims, accessories, and fabrics from local and overseas suppliers, negotiating prices and lead times. * Create and manage costing sheets, breaking down costs from factories and ensuring accuracy. * Coordinate lab testing, including color, quality, and fabric testing, to secure customer approval. * Work closely with fabric mills and suppliers to develop new fabrics and finishes, reducing lead times and improving product quality. * Drive on-time delivery and quality standards, following up on TNA and monitoring production progress. * Conduct regular factory visits to gather market intelligence and stay informed about industry trends. * Oversee product quality, coordinating with quality personnel to ensure high standards are met. * Arrange logistics and shipping, booking forwarders and monitoring product shipments. * Embed ethical behavior and business practices, ensuring personal and team behavior aligns with organizational values and standards.
