Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development and implementation of robust quality assurance systems and standard operating procedures across the production floor, ensuring seamless alignment with buyer specifications and international quality standards. * Architect and enforce quality control protocols, including AQL levels and compliance protocols, to maintain a strong quality culture and minimize quality-related issues. * Spearhead pre-production meetings to synchronize quality expectations with cross-functional teams, including production, merchandising, and technical teams. * Oversee and manage all quality inspections, from in-line to final inspections, across various production stages, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing. * Analyze defect trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions to ensure continuous quality improvement. * Approve all product samples, from initial prototypes to final production pieces, to ensure they meet quality standards. * Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing QA team, providing guidance, training, and coaching on buyer requirements, inspection procedures, and quality improvement techniques. * Establish and track key performance indicators for the QA team, regularly reviewing performance to drive excellence. * Coordinate and lead buyer audits, third-party inspections, and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes, ensuring traceability and compliance with buyer and internal standards. * Deliver timely and accurate quality reports to senior management and buyers, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. * Foster collaborative relationships with production, merchandising, and technical teams to proactively resolve quality issues and drive business growth. * Communicate effectively with buyers and clients on technical and quality-related matters, ensuring prompt issue resolution and enhanced customer satisfaction.
