Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and execution of innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives. * Architect and manage a high-performing dealer and showroom network, fostering a culture of excellence across Bangladesh. * Drive in-house sales performance, ensuring consistent growth, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. * Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and clients, to expand business opportunities. * Analyze sales performance, track market trends, and provide actionable insights through regular reporting to inform business decisions. * Set ambitious sales targets, develop execution plans, and monitor progress to ensure achievement of goals. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and supply chain, to ensure seamless product delivery and availability. * Design, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives to elevate brand presence and customer engagement. * Lead, coach, and motivate a high-achieving sales and marketing team, driving performance excellence and talent development. * Champion customer-centricity, ensuring exceptional service standards across all sales channels and touchpoints. * Identify, pursue, and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding market reach and share. * Stay ahead of the competition, gathering market intelligence and recommending strategic improvements to drive business success.
