Key Responsibilities
* দৈনন্দিন স্টোর কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা, কাঁচামাল, প্রস্তুত পণ্য এবং সরঞ্জাম গ্রহণ ও বিতরণ করা
* স্টক রেজিস্টার এবং ইনভেন্টরি নিয়ন্ত্রণ সঠিকভাবে বজায় রাখা
* ক্রয়, বিক্রয়, খরচ এবং ভাউচার এন্ট্রি ERP বা Excel-এ সম্পন্ন করা
* গুদাম গ্রহণ নোট, চালান, ইনভয়েস এবং অন্যান্য হিসাব সংক্রান্ত ডকুমেন্টগুলি সংরক্ষণ করা
* মাসিক স্টক মিলানো এবং হিসাব রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা
* ভেন্ডর পেমেন্ট এবং ক্যাশ লেনদেনের রেকর্ড রাখা
* অডিট এবং ব্যবস্থাপনা প্রতিবেদনে সহায়তা করা
Requirements
Skills
Good numerical and analytical abilityProficient in MS Excel and accounting softwarePerfection in documentation and record keepingAbility to work under pressure and punctuality
Education
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
- Accounting/Finance/Management graduate degree
- BBA/MBA (Accounting or Finance)
Additional
- Minimum 2-3 years of real experience in store and accounts department
- Experience in feed/agro/manufacturing sector is preferred
- Must have skill to work in ERP/Tally/Excel
