* Spearhead a high-performing fire safety team, leveraging expertise to drive exceptional results. * Architect and implement comprehensive fire safety management strategies to safeguard a large-scale garments and textile industry. * Develop and maintain firefighting equipment installations that meet the stringent requirements of the Bangladesh Fire Prevention Act. * Oversee the upkeep and functionality of fire hydrants and pumps, ensuring seamless facility operations. * Design and deliver in-house fire training programs for firefighters, rescuers, new employees, and security personnel to enhance emergency response capabilities. * Drive monthly fire and emergency evacuation drills, promoting a culture of awareness and preparedness among workers and staff. * Foster partnerships with the Fire Service and Civil Defense authority to facilitate specialized firefighting training and stay up-to-date on best practices. * Adapt to evolving priorities and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management, ensuring the fire safety function remains agile and effective.
