* Spearhead the Primary Health Care Centre as a Centre Director/Chief, driving strategic growth and excellence. * Architect and implement management policies, guiding the health center towards achieving its mission and vision. * Empower staff members to excel in their roles by providing clear instructions, coaching, and mentorship, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures. * Deliver high-quality patient care, leveraging professional expertise and experience to drive positive health outcomes. * Pioneer innovative initiatives, generating and implementing new ideas to propel the health center towards self-sufficiency and excellence. * Design and execute satellite and special camps, expanding the health center's reach and impact within the community. * Mentor and guide medical teams, including Medical Assistants, Paramedics, Lab Technologists, and Health Assistants, to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services. * Drive policy implementation, discipline, and adherence to organizational rules and regulations, upholding the highest standards of governance and compliance. * Develop and execute long-term and short-term plans, ensuring meticulous documentation and alignment with higher authority guidance. * Operate and optimize Health Management Software, streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency. * Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by higher authorities, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the organization's goals.
