Manager – Finance & Accounts (F&A)

• Drive financial strategy and operations, overseeing all accounting and financial activities to ensure seamless hotel management • Analyze daily financial performance, tracking revenue, expenses, cash flow, and transactions to inform data-driven decisions • Architect and deliver comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, to stakeholders • Develop, manage, and control budgets, conducting in-depth variance analysis and financial forecasting to optimize hotel performance • Ensure regulatory compliance, navigating VAT, Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements to mitigate risk and ensure adherence • Lead internal and external audit processes, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and actionable insights • Foster strategic relationships with banks, vendors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, maintaining open communication channels • Provide expert financial guidance and advisory support to hotel management, enabling informed decision-making and strategic growth • Champion the effective use of accounting software, ERP, and hotel PMS, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and process optimization • Supervise and develop accounts staff, promoting a culture of excellence, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations
