* Spearhead the housekeeping team, providing guidance and supervision to supervisors, room attendants, and laundry staff to drive exceptional service delivery. * Champion hotel-wide cleanliness and hygiene, overseeing the maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, staff facilities, and the entire hotel premises. * Architect and implement housekeeping strategies, policies, and quality benchmarks to elevate guest satisfaction and loyalty. * Oversee inventory management, sourcing, and procurement of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure seamless operations. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure unified and efficient hotel operations. * Conduct rigorous inspections and audits to uphold the highest standards of hotel cleanliness and identify areas for improvement. * Drive prompt and effective resolution of guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes. * Develop and manage departmental schedules, budgets, and performance reports to inform data-driven decision-making. * Ensure strict adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, maintaining a secure and healthy environment for guests and staff alike.
