Officer/ Senior Officer - Supply Chain Management

* Spearhead end-to-end procurement operations, driving timely and cost-effective supply of civil items, garments spare parts, and hardware materials. * Architect and implement strategic sourcing plans, evaluating and negotiating with suppliers to secure best-in-class deals. * Lead the preparation of Comparative Statements and generate Purchase Orders, ensuring seamless execution of procurement processes. * Drive supplier performance, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and spare parts to meet construction and operational needs. * Oversee site activities, coordinating construction and maintenance projects to guarantee successful execution and compliance with specifications. * Manage supplier and contractor relationships, verifying bills and facilitating payment processing to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. * Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, reviewing projects and purchases to guarantee alignment with organizational requirements. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of procurement and project activities, providing transparency and accountability. * Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, coordinating support for civil, maintenance, and production teams to drive business objectives. * Embrace a flexible and adaptive approach, taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support the organization's evolving needs.
