Key Responsibilities

* Proactively report changes in patient conditions to physicians, enabling timely interventions.
* Educate patients and families on personalized care plans, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.
* Champion infection prevention and hygiene protocols, ensuring a safe environment for all.
* Contribute to inventory management, optimizing supplies and equipment to support operational efficiency.
* Uphold hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards, ensuring compliance and excellence.
* Respond to emergencies with composure and efficiency, providing immediate care and support.
* Develop and submit informative reports on floor operations, incidents, and patient care outcomes, driving data-driven decisions.
* Implement emergency procedures, train staff on protocols, and conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness.
* Maintain precise records of incidents, staff attendance, and patient care activities, facilitating continuous improvement.
* Drive quality enhancement initiatives, monitoring and evaluating changes to optimize care delivery and operational performance.
