* Spearhead marketing and merchandising initiatives to drive business growth and expansion into European and Asian markets. * Leverage expertise in client onboarding and relationship management to foster strong partnerships with key buyers. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to consistently secure orders valued at $6 million per month. * Develop and execute strategic plans to increase export volume and revenue, measured in both pieces and value. * Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with major buyers, including those in Europe and Asia. * Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing and merchandising strategies. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing and merchandising initiatives.
