Lead System & Network Engineer

* Architect and implement a robust enterprise system and network architecture that aligns with organizational objectives and business requirements. * Drive the design, deployment, and management of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across all sites. * Lead the management of Data Center and Disaster Recovery environments, including infrastructure expansion, migration, and upgrade activities to ensure business continuity. * Manage and optimize servers, virtualization platforms, and enterprise storage systems to ensure high performance and reliability. * Administer core infrastructure services, including identity management, name resolution, and email services, to ensure seamless operations. * Oversee the management and maintenance of network devices, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across all locations. * Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, including firewall configuration, intrusion detection, and threat prevention, to safeguard the organization's assets. * Implement advanced security measures, such as SSL inspection and DDoS protection, to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards. * Design and implement enterprise backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and successful restoration in the event of a disaster. * Ensure disaster recovery readiness through replication, synchronization, and failover testing, and conduct regular business continuity drills. * Monitor and analyze system and network performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization and upgrade. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and configuration records, to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. * Provide expert technical support, troubleshoot critical incidents, and handle escalations to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. * Collaborate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers to ensure maintenance, support, and SLA compliance. * Support users across the organization by ensuring the smooth operation of infrastructure and enterprise systems. * Automate and script tasks using PowerShell/Bash and collaborate with teams on DevOps practices to drive efficiency and innovation.
