Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly targets for plastic granules. * Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at plastic factories and industrial clients to expand business opportunities. * Architect and execute a strategic plan to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, increasing market share and penetration. * Lead client engagement efforts through regular visits, meetings, and product presentations, showcasing the value proposition of plastic granules. * Analyze and stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and pricing fluctuations to inform sales strategies. * Manage client accounts to ensure timely payment collection and minimize outstanding balances. * Develop and deliver regular sales performance reports, providing actionable insights and updates to management to inform business decisions.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)
