Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by setting ambitious targets and developing strategic plans to achieve them.
* Lead client engagement through regular visits, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Architect and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand the client base.
* Manage customer interactions, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Foster long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring retention and loyalty.
* Organize and conduct project visits, product demonstrations, and other events to showcase offerings and build interest.
* Prospect for new business opportunities, following up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
* Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting projects and generating new leads.
* Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records and informed sales strategies.
