Utility Maintenance Technician

• Spearhead the optimization of utility systems, including boilers, air compressors, and Water Treatment Plants, to ensure seamless operations and swift resolution of breakdowns. • Drive the efficiency of steam, water, and compressed air systems by monitoring and maintaining optimal performance, including TDS and chemical treatment levels. • Architect a proactive maintenance strategy, encompassing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and planned servicing to guarantee equipment longevity and peak condition. • Manage and maintain meticulous utility records, including HFO consumption, system logs, and spare parts inventory, to inform data-driven decisions. • Oversee real-time equipment monitoring, promptly identifying and escalating issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations. • Champion a culture of cleanliness and readiness, ensuring the workplace and equipment are hygienic and prepared for operations. • Collaborate on the installation and commissioning of new equipment, providing technical expertise and support during maintenance activities. • Lead by example in adhering to EHS standards, ISO requirements, and company policies, promoting a safety-first mindset and encouraging continuous improvement initiatives through IWS.
