* Spearhead the entire merchandising process, from product development to bulk shipment, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buyers, designers, and suppliers, to develop prototypes that meet specifications and exceed expectations. * Drive yarn sourcing, swatch approvals, and sample development, ensuring high-quality materials and precise fit. * Architect costing strategies, negotiating competitive pricing and margin targets to drive business growth. * Oversee lab dips, trims, and accessories approvals, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail. * Partner with production teams to ensure efficient bulk production, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with regulations. * Manage Time & Action plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments to meet shipment deadlines and customer expectations. * Conduct regular factory visits and inline inspections to guarantee product quality, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. * Liaise with QA/QC teams to ensure final inspection and shipment clearance, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. * Coordinate shipping documentation and logistics, ensuring on-time delivery and exceeding customer expectations. * Foster strong relationships with international buyers, providing exceptional communication and service to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Develop and execute production plans, monitoring progress and making data-driven decisions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
