Sr. Merchandiser

* Drive merchandising strategies that harmonize customer needs with company goals, ensuring a balanced approach to business growth. * Foster and maintain strong relationships with buyers, prioritizing their interests and requirements to facilitate seamless business operations. * Spearhead quantitative analysis, buyer correspondence, and creative work, while managing merchandising files and order development from inception to completion. * Architect production and shipment plans, aligning with the Time and Action Calendar to ensure timely execution of sampling and production. * Lead the development of new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing potential buyers to expand the company's customer base. * Negotiate with producers and suppliers independently, managing costing, pricing, and other merchandising activities to achieve optimal results. * Establish and manage a sourcing channel for materials, supporting new product development and production initiatives. * Facilitate open communication between producers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, addressing development, production, and logistical issues promptly. * Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain and production problems, minimizing disruptions to the business. * Deliver regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to management, providing insights into ongoing activities, challenges, and progress. * Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure a cohesive and efficient production process, driving business success. * Leverage exceptional English language skills to communicate effectively with buyers, providing updates on production status and securing new orders. * Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
