* Spearhead market research to identify current and emerging trends in ethnic wear, both locally and internationally, to inform product development strategies. * Architect innovative product concepts, designs, and fabric combinations that drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sourcing, and production, to bring new product ideas to life and ensure seamless execution. * Drive product development by analyzing customer preferences, market demand, and sales data to create targeted and profitable product lines. * Scout and source novel fabrics, materials, and accessories that meet quality, cost, and design requirements, expanding the company's product offerings. * Ensure the highest standards of product quality, fit, and cost-effectiveness by conducting rigorous testing and evaluation. * Lead the product sampling process, reviewing and refining samples at various development stages to guarantee exceptional results. * Manage and maintain accurate documentation of designs, product samples, and research reports to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
