Assistant Merchandiser

* Spearhead the development and shipment of assigned styles, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery * Drive material planning, procuring, and allocation to meet production demands, while minimizing shortages and excesses * Architect and maintain detailed checklists for material receipt and issuance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and buyers to facilitate sample development, submission, and approval * Lead daily coordination with internal stakeholders and buyers to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution * Develop and manage comprehensive style entries and item records, maintaining data integrity and accuracy * Oversee import accessory management, ensuring timely receipt and documentation * Monitor production progress against shipment schedules, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks * Obtain buyer approvals for bulk fabric and trim orders, ensuring compliance with quality and design standards * Organize and facilitate pre-production meetings to align stakeholders and drive project forward * Design and dispatch factory inspection schedules to buyers, ensuring transparency and quality control * Execute additional merchandising tasks as assigned by management, driving business growth and excellence
