Manager /Sr. Manager /AGM - Operation Merchandising

* Spearhead order management by assuming ownership of confirmed orders from development and merchandising teams, and scrutinizing order details to ensure seamless execution. * Architect and execute Time & Action plans for each order, driving progress and meeting deadlines. * Collaborate with production teams to optimize capacity booking, line planning, and production workflows, mitigating risks and resolving bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery. * Drive sourcing and materials management by coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to secure raw materials and trims, tracking approvals, and verifying quality and compliance standards. * Champion quality and compliance by working closely with QA teams to conduct inspections, address quality issues, and implement corrective actions, ensuring adherence to buyer requirements and audit standards. * Orchestrate shipment and logistics operations by coordinating with logistics teams, booking shipments, and preparing documentation to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shipment-related issues. * Foster strong customer relationships by providing regular order updates, responding to queries, and addressing changes in a timely and professional manner. * Manage cost control by monitoring order costing, identifying deviations, and developing cost-saving initiatives to optimize profitability.
