Designer & Product Developer

* Spearhead design and product development from concept to sample approval, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that meets buyer requirements. * Conduct trend research, creating seasonal reports, mood boards, and color stories that cater to client needs and preferences. * Design and develop accurate CADs, tech packs, and detailed sketches that bring products to life. * Drive sampling processes, ensuring samples meet quality standards and are delivered to buyers on schedule. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pattern-making, to ensure seamless product development. * Source and manage trims from suppliers, aligning with seasonal trends and product requirements. * Architect and maintain a comprehensive fabric and trim library, keeping physical and digital swatches up to date. * Develop and manage product presentations, including PPTs, to effectively communicate product information. * Lead showroom management, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand experience.
