Department Head, Installation (Grade-6)

* Drive strategic planning and direction for the Installation Department, aligning with company objectives and overseeing budget preparation and expenditure. * Architect and implement annual growth plans, setting targets and outcomes for the Installation Business in collaboration with head office. * Lead and direct Installation Engineers to achieve agreed targets and outcomes, ensuring alignment with the installation process framework and overall organizational strategy. * Develop and manage processes, policies, and procedures for the Installation Department, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure seamless execution. * Oversee the installation cycle, including planning, execution, and project management, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. * Direct the installation team to review and plan lift installations, meeting contract requirements and coordinating with departments like design and sales to resolve technical queries. * Manage site assessments, inspections, and subcontractor work allocation, ensuring budget adherence and customer satisfaction. * Foster skill development within the installation team and manage statistical information on sales, installation, and maintenance records. * Plan and advise on manpower requirements, assessing performance and suggesting skill development for Installation Managers. * Define goals and key performance indicators for Installation function team members, implementing the company's performance management process and providing ongoing feedback and development guidance. * Manage and evaluate team performance, identifying development needs and driving continuous improvement.
