Executive - Internal Audit (Costing)

• Drive accurate calculation and analysis of inter-process losses across Textiles and Garments Divisions, delivering monthly reports to inform business decisions. • Spearhead verification of yarn bookings, ensuring alignment with CAD consumption and identifying areas of excess or additional bookings. • Champion wastage management efforts, conducting regular follow-ups and providing monthly progress updates. • Oversee sub-contract billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Architect and maintain a robust Inventory Management System, leveraging ERP capabilities to monitor and optimize stock levels of yarn, fabrics, finished products, and general store items. • Conduct regular physical stock verifications to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Develop and analyze comparative statements to identify variances between pre-cost and post-cost on a per-order basis, driving process improvements. • Lead the preparation and execution of order and job closures, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
