Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth by securing fabric orders from diverse clients, including overseas buyers, local buying houses, and Bangladeshi factories. * Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently delivering results that meet or exceed company expectations. * Engage in proactive outreach to factories, buying houses, and potential clients, presenting tailored fabric solutions and negotiating deals. * Deliver personalized client experiences by understanding and addressing specific requirements, including design, quality, price, and delivery timelines. * Provide timely and relevant support to clients, including fabric swatches, samples, and technical information, to facilitate informed decision-making. * Ensure seamless communication and issue resolution, promptly addressing client queries and concerns to maintain trust and satisfaction. * Develop and present insightful sales reports, providing management with actionable data and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions. * Inform business strategy with feedback on market trends, demand, and emerging opportunities, driving the company's fabric business forward locally and internationally. * Architect strategic plans to expand the company's fabric business, identifying new avenues for growth and optimizing existing operations for maximum impact.
