Manager - Estate and Land

* Spearhead land acquisition and documentation, identifying prime locations that meet company needs and driving the acquisition process forward. * Conduct thorough due diligence, verifying titles and analyzing risks to ensure informed land purchase decisions. * Architect a robust documentation system, collecting, verifying, and storing all legal documents related to land assets. * Collaborate with the legal team to draft and negotiate key documents, including sale agreements, lease deeds, and MoUs. * Drive the mutation and registration process, ensuring seamless updates with local government authorities and coordinating land demarcation, boundary verification, and surveys. * Develop and implement a monitoring system to track all land and estate properties, identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement. * Protect company assets by resolving encroachment issues, land disputes, and coordinating legal actions as needed, while maintaining accurate asset inventories and records. * Ensure regulatory compliance, managing land tax, khatian, porcha, and mutation requirements, and liaising with government authorities to facilitate smooth operations. * Represent the company in land-related negotiations and hearings, fostering strong relationships with government agencies, land offices, and local administrations. * Support estate development plans, including infrastructure installation, fencing, and boundary wall construction, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring projects to life.
