Executive- Accounts (Fund)

* Spearhead the administration of the Workers Profit Participation Fund, driving accurate calculations, allocations, and disbursements. * Oversee the strategic management of Provident Fund operations, encompassing contribution tracking, investment, and compliance adherence. * Architect and maintain the Gratuity Fund, ensuring precise provisioning, fund upkeep, and timely disbursements. * Drive the efficient and accurate final settlement of PF, WPPF, and Gratuity for departing employees, guaranteeing seamless transitions. * Champion compliance with labor laws, company policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence. * Facilitate and coordinate Trustee Meetings for PF, WPPF, and Gratuity funds, fostering collaborative decision-making and governance. * Foster cross-functional partnerships with internal departments to address fund requirements and optimize resource allocation. * Ensure meticulous documentation and recording of all fund-related transactions, maintaining transparency and accountability.
