Senior Counselor / Admission Officer

* Drive student success by delivering personalized counseling services via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and in-person meetings, guiding them through the entire admission and visa process for higher education abroad. * Empower students to make informed decisions by providing expert advice on course selection, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa applications, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude. * Architect and maintain accurate student records, leveraging MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools to ensure seamless data management and updates. * Lead enrollment efforts by persuasively presenting opportunities to students, meeting monthly targets, and contributing to the company's growth and success. * Foster strong relationships with students through regular and effective communication, offering guidance and support throughout the admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. * Collaborate with the team to design and execute educational events, including fairs, seminars, workshops, and other initiatives in Dhaka and beyond, promoting the company's services and building its reputation.
