Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead talent acquisition by devising and executing innovative hiring strategies for technical roles, leveraging deep market insights to build robust pipelines and define evaluation criteria. • Architect a data-driven performance management system, driving quarterly reviews, KPI tracking, and clear promotion pathways, while delivering actionable insights through weekly and monthly reports. • Drive retention and engagement initiatives, including competitive compensation, career development frameworks, and proactive burnout monitoring, to foster a high-performing engineering culture. • Collaborate with leadership to reshape teams in response to evolving product direction, leading restructuring efforts and developing succession plans for critical technical roles. • Foster healthy team dynamics by resolving conflicts, monitoring team health, and intervening proactively to prevent issues from escalating. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive KPI framework, covering individual and team performance, hiring efficiency, attrition, and engagement, to inform compensation and promotion decisions. • Streamline HR operations by managing HR systems, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and automating workflows to drive efficiency and scalability. • Empower engineering managers with coaching, tools, and frameworks to deliver consistent feedback, performance conversations, and team development. • Harness AI-powered tools to enhance talent sourcing, candidate screening, employee sentiment analysis, and performance pattern detection, driving faster and more accurate people decisions. • Align people strategy with the company's product roadmap and revenue targets, participating in planning sessions to anticipate capability needs and proactively address talent gaps.

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • PGDHRM

Additional

  • Only Male
  • 4–10+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership or people operations
  • Demonstrated experience supporting engineering or technology teams
  • Proven ability to design structured performance management systems
  • Direct experience managing the full talent lifecycle for technical roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Bangladesh labor law and HR compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, people analytics tools, and productivity/delivery tracking systems
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools and platforms for HR functions
