Senior Auditor/Supervisor, Social Compliance Audit, Dhaka

* Spearhead comprehensive audits, including Stage 1, Stage 2, Surveillance, and Recertification, in accordance with ISO 17021 and ISO 19011 standards. * Develop and execute strategic audit plans, lead high-impact opening and closing meetings, and deliver clear, actionable findings to stakeholders. * Drive compliance evaluations against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, ensuring adherence to industry benchmarks. * Conduct thorough document reviews, verify corrective actions, and assess the effectiveness of implementation to ensure continuous improvement. * Compile and submit comprehensive audit reports to inform certification decisions and drive business excellence. * Design and execute social compliance audits that meet client and program requirements, promoting ethical labor practices and workplace safety. * Assess organizational compliance with labor laws, ethical standards, and safety protocols, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. * Engage with workers and management through interviews and records reviews, gathering insights to inform audit findings and recommendations. * Identify and address nonconformities, verifying corrective actions and driving systemic change to ensure sustained compliance and social responsibility. * Develop and deliver clear, timely, and actionable audit reports, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions and drive positive change.
