• Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and alignment. • Spearhead recruitment initiatives, overseeing the entire hiring process from job requisition to onboarding. • Architect organizational design and workforce planning strategies to ensure precise forecasting and optimal resource allocation. • Craft and refine job descriptions to accurately reflect role requirements and responsibilities. • Drive employee development through the design and delivery of technical and behavioral training programs, while also monitoring attendance and overseeing payroll processes. • Navigate the full spectrum of employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to offboarding. • Resolve employee relations issues, address disciplinary concerns, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. • Implement and monitor a Performance Management System that aligns with organizational objectives, driving performance excellence and growth. • Leverage ERP/HRIS systems to streamline HR operations, maintain meticulous records, and generate insightful reports. • Provide regular, structured updates to senior management on all HR-related matters, ensuring timely and informed decision-making.
