Quantity Surveyor / Bill Engineer

* Spearhead IPC preparation, estimation, and reconciliation, ensuring seamless bill and BOQ processing. * Drive budget estimation and planning, adhering to company rules and regulations, and leveraging experience in construction projects and shuttering knowledge. * Manage billing procedures for clients and contractors, including extra items and non-BOQ items, to ensure transparent and efficient transactions. * Conduct rates analysis, abstract invoice reconciliation, and material bill processing, utilizing expertise in DSR techniques. * Develop quantity sheets from onsite data and drawings, and create bills of quantities (BOQ) with item rates from tender documents. * Oversee subcontractor bill preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Collaborate with site engineers to take measurements and review quantity items, ensuring data accuracy. * Lead the review, checking, and certification of vendor and contractor bills and invoices, guaranteeing compliance and transparency. * Leverage experience working with government engineering agencies and construction projects, including structural buildings, roads, and bridges, to drive estimation and planning. * Utilize planning and combination skills to optimize construction management processes. * Apply expertise in construction management software, including AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, and MS Excel, to drive project efficiency. * Communicate effectively in both English and Bangla, with strong written and oral skills, to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
